Devout followers of this here beer blog will know that, when I see a cool idea by a brewery in another city, I want an L.A. brewery to “borrow” that idea and put a SoCal spin on it.
In that spirit, I present the collaboration between the Cincinnati Art Museum and Listermann Brewing Company (and by extention Vincent Van Gogh). That trio is “releasing a van Gogh-themed beer on July 21.”
The release will be a NE IPA and is the second museum brewery beer, the first being a beer “to promote the Terracotta Army: Legacy of the First Emperor of China exhibit…”.
Now let me see what is on exhibit at LACMA.
