Sean Suggests for September 2019

This month, no punkin and no hops.  Instead leaving the US for a wide ranging choice of foreign beers including one that is way super low in ABV.

~LIGHT

Brekeriet/ Picnic Sour 2.20% ABV
“Picnic Sour is a very special low alcohol beer with a nice and fruity rhubarb flavour. The fermentation with lactobacillus bacteria adds a crisp and refreshing taste.”

~MEDIUM
Wexford/ Irish Cream Ale 5.00% ABV
“This Irish Cream Ale dates back to 1810 from Co. Wexford. Brewed to an original family recipe using Irish malt and hops, Wexford has a smooth mellow creaminess from the widget in the can.”

~BIG
De La Senne / Major Tom 7.50% ABV
“Major Tom is a Double Saison that is bottle-conditioned with a strain of Brettanomyces (the wild, bacteria-eating yeast) that was cultivated by Brasserie de la Senne.”

All of these beers can be found at Sunset Beer Co. (unless they got bought up real quick)
