Hey, just thought I’d let you know the TTB has decided to let the Terra-Saurus roam the beer shelves of Seattle. It’s been fun learning the ‘rules of making strange beers in the US.’ It starts with paperwork, then turns to patience and lastly comes the brewing. Luckily I have the OK on a bunch of strange ones. Haven’t sent the squid ink yet. That’ll be my next line to cross.
