CelLAdor Emerges

capture
The cellar door is not yet open on their tasting room but the first bottle has been released and Cellador Ales of North Hills has come out swinging.

The premiered and teased beers over the weekend of the 8th and 9th, first their ++Good Mosaic A wild Sour hoppy ale, which is also available in bottles that have a super cool arrowhead artwork and logo, at Craft Beer Cellar in Eagle Rock. The future release will be “Palimpsest Pinot Noir, a mixed fermentation Biere de Garde inspired ale.”

The ++Good Mosaic was a pleasingly tart beer with a bright yellow color. Some Mosaic hops came through but this is first and foremost a fairly non-complex beer. A good introductory beer and will serve as a baseline for whats to come.
