The Beer Fest for Beer Geeks program from Stout Burgers & Beers, continues with The Rare Experience. A beer festival that will take place outside the Studio City location of the craft beer and burger chain from 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm on Saturday, November 19, 2016.
There will be 20 breweries from across the United States on hand. There will be many a unique beer to sample. When I perused the list, there were many new to even this festival jaded beer blogger.
My picks are as follows:
Deschutes – Pinot Suave 11.8% – Belgian Style Ale aged in Pinot Noir Bbls that were filled with Pinot Grape Must
Lost Abbey – Madonna & Child 11.25% – Sour Ale Aged in Tequila Bbls with Lime and Salt
Cellador Ales – Palimpsest 8.4% – French Style Biere De Garde Soured in Bourbon Bbls
Bell’s – Traverse City Third Coast Old Ale 12.2% – American Barleywine Aged in Traverse City Whiskey Co Bbls
