Inoculum Ale Works is attempting to use an e-commerce model for their sour (wild) ale brewery. Literally, all of the beer they brew will be sold and shipped via their website.
Sour Ales are tough to start with and be consistent with so I would wait a bit to see if the reviews are good or not. Plus check to see if the shipping works well especially since they are doing both cans and bottles.
And I don’t quite know what to make of this sentence from their press release, the “Espionage series that involves spies, Russia, and short wave radios.” Cool, but I don’t know of Russian sour ales so this is pretty vague.
The labels are pretty cool though.
