Until last year, my Mom had raspberry bushes in her backyard. Not just the traditional red but the Oscars version too (all white, bad Chris Rock joke, sorry). I didn’t note too much of a flavor difference. It made for a much prettier bowl to snack from though and now Cascade, the NW home of fruited sours comes a Framblanc sour aged with white raspberries and on oak.
Might make for a blind taste test. See who can correctly guess red vs. white.
