For me, the best night is the guest tap night. A really good way to taste a bunch of different marzens at once which doesn’t happen often.

Far Field Beer will be attaining the two year mark and they are going Back 2 Skool as sophmores.
The second anniversary party is on Saturday, August 12th.
They will have “new beer drops including a bottle release and a FIRST-EVER style brew for us, multiple food and craft vendors…” just like school,right?
Timbo Week returns at Highland Park Brewery starting on August 4th.
And here is what the brewery has in store for Pils fans…
“Of course we’ll have fresh Timbo to kick the week off but we’ll also have some other Timbo favorites including a couple draft only variations.
We’re planning on going big this year with Timbo Service, a timbo corner, golden ticket, & even a Tim appreciation day for all the Timbo fans named Tim!”
The festivities run through August 11th.
California Craft Beer Week is coming up fast so now is the time for you to make sure you have California brewed beer stocked up in your refrigerator or plan a summer trip to a CA brewery. Lastly, check the website for events, might just be one at a brewery you like.
Beachwood Brewing is now up to their 12th year of brewing beer and will be celebrating not just at the Long Beach Location but in Bixby Knolls as well on Saturday, July 15.
Whats happening, you ask? “beer releases, food pop-ups, giveaways, live music, and more at our Downtown Long Beach and Bixby Knolls Taprooms. Plus, a free shuttle to bring everyone between both locations! We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone then.”

Tomorrow night, the beers of noted brewer Jeff Bagby from his eponymous Bagby Beer Co. will take over the taps at the Glendale Tap.
Not to say a drive to the brewery wouldn’t be great but Glendale is bit easier for us L.A. beer fans.
Claremont Craft Ales has their 11th Anniversary Celebration coming up and it is a special one tinged with sadness as this year it is also celebration of Brian Seffer- the late head brewer and business partner.
The special release is called: “Brian’s Greatest Hits” — a variety pack which includes the return of ‘Pterodactyl’, ‘Pool Day’, and of course, ‘Happy Days.’ This will be available at the anniversary celebration (included in the VIP ticket price).”
“A portion of the sales will go to Head and Neck Cancer Alliance, a charity that is very near and dear to us here at CCA.”
