I had made one visit north to Telco. The beers were fine but there was not much reach into L.A. so it was a case of out of sight, out of mind for me. From the outside it looked like they had a great name and brand, decent industrial space and a large enough market but sometimes you can do things right and still not make it.
There is a lot of beer out in the world to try. I barely scratch the surface just in my neck of the woods. But before I go SKU crazy, here are some breweries that I need to try…
Wild Barrel – Cans have been on shelves at Sunset Beer Co. for a couple weeks (if not more) but I have had other local choices to pick-up and have not gone sour or hazy with Dr. Bill.
Santa Clarita – Two breweries up here that I have yet to plan a trip for include Brewery Draconum and Telco Brewing.
WellBeing – Another N/A brewer that I need to rank up against my leader, Athletic Brewing.
Horus Aged Ales – Adding a whale hunter brewery. I have only had a collaboration beer with the Horus name on it. I do need to try one that is all Kyle Harrop.
