Santa Monica institution The Daily Pint is back as of March 28th. One of the early L.A. spots for craft beer, as well as whiskey, has been in various states of closed due to the pandemic but is now renovated and re-opened on Pico Boulevard. It will be interesting to see what the 2023 beer list looks like.
The Downtown L.A. outpost of Karl Strauss has been dark during Covid but this month will re-open for business.
The heritage San Diego brewery has been ramping up collaborations in the last couple of years and it may be a good time re-experience their flagship Red Trolley ale too.
As the door closes on Sunset Beer, a little ray of light as last week, Button Mash a few blocks down Sunset has re-opened with Tacos 1986 as a new food partner.
