After reading various tweets and social media posts about the low quality of some beer, I usually think, “boy, these professionals are lousy at picking beer” but then I do realize that there are some hurried or weird finished products out there. I was reminded of that when I saw this quote from Sean O’Casey….
“All the world’s a stage and most of us are desperately unrehearsed.”
I am also partial to this quote, obviously because of the cool first name, but also due to his theatre work. For all the breweries out there, you need to bring your A game. If recipe 3.4 is just about there, head to 3.5 or 4.3 if needed. Or you need to make that beer to steal a theatre term, “preview”.
