Here is your super early notification that the 2025 California Craft Beer Summit will be held, not in Sacramento this year but in Irvine from November 10-12, 2025. The theme is “Crafting Momentum—helping craft beer professionals drive progress, adapt to industry shifts, and fuel innovation within their breweries to sustain their momentum in California’s ever-evolving craft beer landscape.”
Positive news from Hangar 24. The Redlands brewery that rode Orange Wheat to multiple locations and then faded from sight. They are now opening a tap room + restaurant at the Intersect Campus in Irvine.
Per a facebookd post the 3rd H24 location will sport the “an indoor bar and seating area, full restaurant for sit-down and to-go food orders, event and live music venue, a massive outdoor bar and lounge, pool table, volleyball court, lawn games…”
It will soft open on March the 2nd while being updated when a summer re-opening should occur.
You know the craft beer world is exploding. Especially now that the OC is the home of Cismontane, Bootleggers, the Bruery of course and now Cosmic Brewing in Irvine.
Their Hell Hound brown is starting to make it’s way into the LA beer bars. I will report further when I have sampled that and their saison.
