The Torrance Beermuda Triangle is gaining another tenant as HopSaint Brewing Company will be expanding to a location HopSaint @ The Ditch. I would probably ditch that moniker to match up better with the delicious beers that HopSaint puts out.

I will follow up with news about when and where when opening is closer.
HopSaint Brewing Company has some excellent BBQ and equally excellent beer under the stewardship of Brian Brewer. And they will be celebrating their 7th anniversary at the end of the month….

I posted about HopSaint getting into cans, so without further ado, let’s try Bring the Noise.

This Torrance brewed beer pours a yellow hazy shade. Aroma has a little orange peel to it. Initial sips show off citrus and a tiny bit of pineapple to me. Has the hazy texture to it, giving the palate a bit of a hop scrape. Getting secondary grassy notes behind the fruit. No one flavor is taking the lead.
Bonus points for the glittery disco label.

Personally, I think there are too many Sean’s in the wild but there are probably way more Brian’s. Ponder that with…

…the new Italian Pilsner concocted by Lucky Luke Brewing with HopSaint Brewing.

It is good to see the HopSaint logo on a can. South Bay Bubble IPA, is yet another El Segundo collaboration. For all those who live in their own bubble. There will be a release party at the El Segundo taproom on Thursday, October 17th.
