This is one of the prettiest labels of this holiday season.
And it is about time that someone did a Mexican styled brew for the season so kudos to Brewery X for To All a Good Night Winter Bock.
Brewery X from Anaheim has created a house beer for the Yaamava Resort called Mellow Mo’. It is a Blonde ale which tracks for a mass market – craft curious beer. Wonder if one can get a can at their concert venue that is generating buzz for the musicians that play there.
Our first foray to Anaheim hits the spot. Brewery X is in the North and East of the city. They have quite an extensive list of IPA’s, hazy and clear but let’s look at the other categories.
Here is what I would put into a taster tray…
I Know, Huh? – Amber Mexican lager
Clearly Confused – Kristallweizen
Stein Me Up – Munich Helles
Highlands & Islands – German / New Zealand Hybrid lager
