If I were doing a N/A beer, I would certainly use big flavors or loads of hops. AleSmith is going the big flavor route with a non-alcoholic version of their flagship Speedway Stout.
AleSmith is not letting their foot off the new release gas pedal as they have a new DIPA out now, look for the pink labeled can and the name Hopwright.
AleSmith, amongst other breweries, have a Mexican lager but there are fewer dark Mexican lagers. AleSmith is rectifying that imbalance with Clásico Oscura.
I think it might be pretty safe to say that these curds and other cheesey products from Cheesesmith will pair well with beers from a certain brewery in San Diego.
