I think you’ll enjoy the beers at Stalking Horse. Noah Regnery is a talented Pizza Port and Hollister vet, and he brought in a longtime Pizza Port cohort. The four beers I tried were all hits. Topa Topa has a cool tasting room in Santa Barbara that’s part of a larger food and craft hall. I’ll add Institution and State to my to-try list as well.
