There has been such a fantastic outpouring of support for Los Angeles by breweries far and wide in the wake of the devastating wildfires of this past January.

The charity program spearheaded by Common Space Brewery has garnered quite a bit of support from California and the rest of the Fractured States of America.
Here are my thoughts on the latest beers that I have had…
Campsite Passion Fruit Pale Ale – has a definite haze to it and the passion fruit tartness delivers too. seems less a pale ale but a heartier base than a wheat ale, somewhere between. closer to a sour to me.
Tripping Animals West Coast IPA – a Florida entrant to the cause using Strata, Amarillo and Motueka hops. pours a darker shade of orange. something off here. smells and tastes like a musty English pub ale and not in a good way. Bad batch or bad transport from the east coast.
Creature Comforts Pale Ale – pours a light orange color, nice heady aroma to it. It is a collaboration with Crowns & Hops. Nice sticky pine residue here. Could be confused for an IPA. Has a good sparkle to it as well.
