The long awaited and much anticipated opening of the Homage Brewing Chinatown happens today.
Obviously delayed by, you know that sinkhole that swallowed 2020, it is great to see them join Highland Park to make this section of LA a beer destination to reckon with.
Looks like Lawless Brewing has settled on an opening date for their NoHo brewery…
Mark your calendar and expect some beer reviews when I can get some to-go to safely taste at home.

Today the second Bruery tasting room opens and you can choose to visit Bruery Original or Bruery Terreux. The choice will depend on what Bruery camp of beers you prefer. Or both!

Today is the anniversary of the first sale of Pilsner Urquell!
Josef Groll brought a brand new style into the world this day in 1842. Pilsner Urquell was first served at the feast of Saint Martin markets.
So raise a glass of good pils (it’s out there) and give thanks to this delicious beer style.
