Been many a year since I have strapped on skis but that did not scare me off from the Allagash Brewing winter seasonal. A riff on their venerated White Ale.
This is quite Belgian adjacent and hefeweizen-ish plus. There is a bit of menthol here to add a little holiday cheer almost a winter clove aspect to it as well. To top it off there is a nice touch of orange to it. Nice complex swirl of flavor.
