Readers of the blog will know that I am not a hard seltzer type of guy. But every hard and fast rule has exceptions and mine is Bottle Logic and their barrel-aged seltzer program.
They are much closer to cocktails than sweetened sugar water in weird colors and they have a new one (at least to me) that sounds quite good….
I have not had a traditional Milk Punch so a “Cocktail-Inspired Hard Seltzer aged in bourbon barrels and finished with Pineapple, Lemon, Sugar, Spices and Lactose Sugar.” might be the next best thing.
