I know that I am in the minority when it comes to my disdain of the Pabst Blue Ribbon. Just because it always tastes the same is not the badge of honor some think it is and I certainly do not approve of their new cheese with Yancey’s Fancy, a New York-based cheesemaker to create a Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer Flavored Cheese.

Pabst did have a short cheese-making stint during Prohibition but that should stay in the history books.
