I can be quite sarcastic at times but mostly I live on the positive side of life but sometimes the news ain’t great and it needs to be talked about.
Thus today’s theme – bad news. The first bit is from last month but I was waiting for a good explainer of the problem. Which I found HERE.
Uncle Nearest which has a rocket ride into whiskey heights thanks to the owners story and the story of Nearest Green and having a female head distiller is deep into financial trouble. Which is sad because there are so many reasons to want this Tennessee distillery to succeed.
Hoping that with some help and guidance that they can get back on track which might start with divesting from a purchase of a cognac house in France.
